The most horrible experience!

The most unpleasant experience in Switzerland! Mr. Marco is arrogant and has no class whatsoever. Expectations were high, but the food took forever. We ordered a tartare, which smelled bad, so we decided to return it without even trying it. Despite waiting 50 minutes, we sent it back. Then we ordered a salad, which took another 30 minutes.

When the bill arrived, it was charged as if we had eaten the food, which was not the case. When we said we wouldn’t eat something that was not in good condition, he told us it was not his problem. I stopped here for an aperitivo and a coffee and was pleasantly surprised! Marco, the owner, is very kind and welcoming, and the whole place has a warm, relaxed atmosphere. You can tell locals love coming here, and it’s easy to see why — the food and prices are absolutely fair, and the view from the terrace over the lake is just stunning. The hostess here was incredible. We didn't speak the same language at all but she was SO sweet, welcoming and helpful and the food was amazing. So was the view. It was extremely hot and we elected to sit outside on the seating area above the lake so that was slightly uncomfortable but it was a, choice we made 🤣 the perch from the lake was wonderful and the service was top notch.
