Ristoro Taneda — Restaurant in Circolo di Quinto

Very nice location, nice building, but unfortunately it is the only bistro there. Here end the positives. I just wanted one coffee. The service - the waitress - was extremely bad and rude. No one noticed me sitting outside. So I came in, to order at the bar. No hello, no sorry for overlooking me, the waitress immediately threw me out to go outside, that she will come to make an order. She came after another x minutes (no one else needed to be served). One more time - no hello, not a nice tone or friendly behavior at all. Then I waited around another 20 minutes, but the coffee NEVER came. Few minutes after me came a large group, of course they served them immediately and no one cared about me. I lost all my nerves and left. While leaving, the waitress was on the phone outside 😹 unbelievable. Also great, that there was no toilet paper at the toilet. Reading some other reviews, I am far from beeing the only one complaining about very unfriendly and unprofessional service. If you want to have a swiss prices, you also have to act like swiss and provide the corresponding behavior and service....

Outstanding gourmet restaurant discovered by accident after walking in the surroundings of lake Ritom. Delicious homemade pasta dishes complemented with an excellent local wine. The family-run enterprise is something to behold as the amazing husband & wife team prepare the food and provide friendly service and menu recommendations from a delightfully modern kitchen and seating area in a recently-converted barn. I found this restaurant to be overrated. The building itself is nice and the ambience was good. Inside was very warm - too warm. The biggest downside was rude waitress - she pretended that there are no available tables while there were two. When we said we will wait - table suddenly appeared. Food was OK, but nothing special. Menu is very limited. Gnocchi were tasteless, pork stew was good. Overall, I will not come back, because of bad service. Too bad as the place has very...
