Bellissima uscita e ristoro al rifugio. La costruzione nuova è adatta a ricevere chi fa escursioni nella zona Cadagno, passo del sole e passo dell’uomo a piedi o Mountain bike. Il soggiorno anche per dormire, vi permette di approfittare a pieno della struttura. Cibo ottimo, naturalmente del posto e sano. Non perdetevi una tappa.

Il luogo non ha bisogno di presentazioni e la capanna è una tappa imperdibile di ogni escursione in zona. Si mangia oltretutto molto bene e al prezzo giusto.

Very nice and idyllic place on 1850m. To get there, either take the (very steep) cogwheel train or the paved road - be aware that the last 4km it's very narrow so hopefully no crossings with other vehicles... Up there is excellent hiking territory - or you can just walk around the lake (ca. 7km). Stunning scenery everywhere. Unfortunately the lake was not full when we were there, but it was impressive nevertheless.

Easy access to Lake Ritom via the Funicular. Return ticket (Adult) costs 24 CHF. There are different routes to choose from in order to appreciate Lake Ritom and its surroundings. A comfortable walk around the lake takes about 3 hours. Nice footpaths and toilet facilities by the funicular station. Breathtaking scenery of the Swiss Alps, Piotta and Ambri. Highly recommended.

You can either walk from the Ambri-Piotta station(15 minutes) or wait for the bus (you might have to wait a while though). After 10 minutes of funicular you will have reached Piora. From there you will walk about 10 minutes and you will have reached Lake Ritom. Amazing! Make sure to keep on walking so that you don't miss out on the other lakes! Beautiful, breathtaking!

⛰️🏔️🌄 Ritom lake is a woow place. You can arrive at the starting point of the hikes by cable car or by car(the road is very very narrow in the final part, be careful, but there are multiple parkings close to the damm). Various hikes start from the parking area. It can be cold(especially in spring and in autumn).

Wow, der See schillert türkisfarben. Die Fotos sind unbearbeitet. Wir waren absolut überwältigt. Die ganze Umrundung des Sees dauert 2.5h. Die Wanderung führt zur Hälfte durch einen Wald, die andere Hälfte ist der prallen Sonne ausgeliefert. Daher auf die Lage der Sonne achten und sich dann entscheiden, ob man links oder rechts startet. Nach der Hälfte der Zeit begegnet man zwei Wasserfällen. Der Grössere lädt definitiv zum Verweilen ein. Um den ganzen See wachsen wunderschöne Blumen und flattern zahlreiche Schmetterlinge. Es ist einfach fantastisch. Der Parkplatz verfügt über einen Münzeinwurf. Es kann nicht mit Karte bezahlt werden! Aber Achtung, die Strasse, welche zum See führt, ist so breit wie ein Auto. Es kann nur an wenigen Stellen gekreuzt werden. Der letzte Abschnitt ist beängstigend. Rückwärts fahren wäre wohl ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Also gut überlegen, ob man mit der Bahn kommt oder das Auto nehmen möchte.

Man sieht hier sehr eindrucksvoll, wie der Mensch mit seinen Motivationen - egal welcher Art diese nun sind, die Natur mitgestaltet und umgestaltet. Es hat mir sehr gefallen, viel Schmelzwasser floss die Berge hinunter und zauberte teils faszinierende Kontraste in die sonst eher karge Berglandschaft. Die Fahrt dorthin zieht sich über mehr als 30KM von Locarno her und es hat sehr enge Wendekurfen - 180° mit engem Radius. Um entspannt an diesen Ort zu gelangen, emfehle ich einen Besuch ausserhalb Samstag / Sonntag. Eine Strasse am rechten Ufer des Lago Sambuco erlaubt es, die ganze Länge des Sees abzulaufen - auch Wanderwege hat es mehrere. Hier empfehle ich jedoch äusserste Vorsichtig - Steinschlaggefahr und rutschiger Boden sind an vielen Stellen vorhanden! Ich freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Sehr schön idyllisch gelegener Stausee fernab vom Massentourismus und ein kleiner Geheimtipp für Naturgenießer! Es ist faszinierend, spektakulär und einfach nur schön! Es ist lohnenswert weiter zum Lago Naret zufahren... die Straße ist zwar sehr eng aber wunderschön!

Серпантин , каменные сказочные дома , зелёная трава , проезд через камедные арки , итальянский колорит одним словом . Ну , а самбука , это оказывается даже не селение , а всего лишь искусственнее озеро с дамбой , колоритно , но Джеймс Бонд здесь не бывал.

Sehenswerter Stausee am Ende des Maggiatals umgeben von felsigen, schneebedeckten Bergen. Orte gibt es keine am See. Die Strasse dorthin ist eng mit zahlreichen Haarnadelkurven.

Wunderbarer Stausee oberhalb von Fusio gelegen. Unbedingt entlang des Sees weiter ins Tal hineinfahren - es lohnt sich. Die Strasse ist zwar etwas eng, aber nicht kritisch.
