This is more like a Restaurant that decided to offer some rooms, not really a hotel as such.||||Check-in in the Restaurant, rooms very, very basic. First room we saw (in the annex building) felt like a bit like a jail cell, toilet/bathroom was really tiny, fortunately we were able to change to another room in the main building.||||Again, very basic room, bathroom was a bit bigger. Room cleanliness was ok. The beds were just horrible, to put it mildly, and were kind of old metal frame beds with worn-out wire springs. The thin mattresses (or whatever it was that posed as mattress) made you feel like lying in a hammock.||||Given the fact how tired the rooms looked, the bad beds and small bathrooms, the place is overprized and not value for money.||||The Restaurant looks quite good good. We checked the menu and found it very pricey. We decided to eat someplace else, which turned out to be not the best decision.||||When we came back dinner service was in full swing and the food we saw being served looked fantastic, both in terms of quality and quantity. The place was jam-packed with locals, so I guess the value for money should be quite good.||||I can't comment on breakfast as we had to leave around 05:00 am the next morning.||||Parking can be tricky, especially at dinner time, as the hotel is located in the old town of Corsier-sur-Vevey. If you leave early enough you can find a parking close by, the hotel has only few parking spaces.||||A short walk form the hotel is a small park with breath-taking views over Lake Geneva and the French Alps.||||A 'maybe' or emergency solution for 1 night, however, for the price charged I am sure better places can be found in this area. ||||Can't recommend as...

Read moreStay away if you're a solo female traveler. This place was a total letdown. There's no free parking, no bottled water, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The staff was nowhere to be found during my 9 pm check-in, and when I contacted reception, they mentioned the staff was out partying. There's zero soundproofing—you can hear everything.
Plus, there's a massive church right in front of the building, ringing bells all day and night. Security was a joke—doors left wide open, keys left in rooms.
The housekeeper barged in at 9 am, insisting I check out with broken French, being incredibly intrusive.
When I raised all my concerns with the morning receptionist, she said she could call the owner, Mr. Kumar. He advised her not to provide us with any explanation whatsoever regarding why our stay was so bad or even offer an apology. Instead, he told us to go directly to the place where we booked it and speak with them.
And to add to the misery, dirty sheets with cigarette burns! Not even worth half of the $100 I paid.
Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place...
