I went to Cervin with a group of friends after hearing it was a âmust-goâ spot â unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences Iâve had in a long time.
While the food was good, the service was absolutely terrible. We waited 25 minutes just to get a bottle of water. Our waiter seemed annoyed from the moment we sat down â visibly irritated when we asked simple questions about the menu, and completely absent throughout the dinner. No check-ins, no basic courtesy.
By the time we got to dessert, he simply told us, âThe kitchen is closed, I can give you a coffee if you want.â No warning, no flexibility, no effort.
The final insult? When we paid the bill, the waiter walked away saying, âAlleluia.â Iâm still shocked.
We were polite and respectful the entire night, and this is how we were treated. I would not recommend Cervin â no matter how good the food is, the service completely ruined...

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© une table par tĂ©lĂ©phone une dizaine de jours avant le 1er janvier, sans quâaucune information particuliĂšre ne nous soit communiquĂ©e. Le jour venu, nous dĂ©couvrons que le repas se dĂ©roule en extĂ©rieur, en plein soleil⊠et quâaucun menu Ă la carte nâest proposĂ© : uniquement un brunch imposĂ©.
Nous Ă©tions venus pour partager une raclette entre amis : quelle dĂ©ception ! Le plus choquant, câest que personne ne nous avait informĂ©s de ce format unique, ni lors de la rĂ©servation, ni Ă notre arrivĂ©e. Les tarifs, eux, nâĂ©taient affichĂ©s nulle part : ni Ă lâentrĂ©e, ni sur la table, ni sur un quelconque support.
Quant au brunch : bien que relativement fourni, il sâest rĂ©vĂ©lĂ© de qualitĂ© trĂšs moyenne, avec de nombreux produits manifestement dĂ©congelĂ©s. Et surtout, il ne correspondait absolument pas Ă ce que nous Ă©tions venus chercher.
CĂŽtĂ© service : grande nĂ©gligence. Aucune attention de la part des serveurs, mĂȘme pour une simple demande de sel ou de serviette. Lâaddition ? RĂ©clamĂ©e Ă plusieurs reprises⊠Et lĂ , le choc : 484 francs pour une expĂ©rience dĂ©cevante de bout en bout.
Câest inacceptable : ni la nature du repas ni son prix nâavaient Ă©tĂ© clairement communiquĂ©s au prĂ©alable. Ce manque de transparence est prĂ©occupant et mĂ©riterait Ă mon sens un contrĂŽle rigoureux de la rĂ©pression des fraudes cantonale.
Je regrette profondĂ©ment cette expĂ©rience. Je nây remettrai plus les pieds.
