The products are high quality. We spent 2 nights here in Crans Montana and we just found out below our hotel we had this boulangerie. The lady at the counter is so nice that she gave me some nuts for the squirrels but as well. We enjoyed the croissants and the pain au chocolate! Merciiiii

Chanced upon this lovely bakery on the drive towards Crans-Montana. They serve the best croissant I’ve ever eaten. Crispy on the outside, moist and buttery on the inside.

Nourriture très bonne. Serveuse imbuvable. Etre là semble vraisemblablement être problématique, peut-être parce que c’est dimanche ? Les personnes qui viennent sont très probablement en vacances et n’ont pas besoin ni envie d’être accueillis de cette façon, d’autant plus quand les clients rentrent avec le sourire et en étant très courtois. Par ailleurs, une seconde employée semblait plus préoccupée par son temps de pause que son travail. Devant les clients, c’est pas terrible. Dernier point. Service à table, pas de tasse en verre car « c’est pour nous faciliter la vie », même sur demande. Sachant qu’il y a 3...
