Amazing Restaurant - A Must Visit! I’m so impressed! The restaurant might not be in the center, but wow, the quality is incredible. The service was fantastic—super attentive and thoughtful. They really take care of everything. Even the bathrooms are impressive: antiseptic, great soap and hand cream, toothpicks, chewing gum, and even a shoe brush! Who does that? The food is just amazing. The prices are so reasonable for what you get—I’d even pay more. The sweet potato gnocchi were delicious, and the beef tartare? Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The coq au vin was real comfort food, and the desserts blew me away. The chocolate tart was beautiful and tasted amazing, and the orange crème brûlée had such a creative presentation. A huge thank you to Albina for the warm hospitality. Honestly, I’d say this is one of the best restaurants in Crans-Montana. I can’t wait...

Chaleureux accueil et personnel sympathique. Nous avons mangé le menu dégustation, très belles assiettes mais déçu du goût, entrée des goûts plats sans structure réduction de Porto ?? une petite déception .... Plat principal mijoté de boeuf, viande dure, purée froide, ma femme a commandé un filet de bœuf à point servi saignant .... Dommage le chef de rang très sympathique a offert le déssert qui fut excellent mais pas assez pour me laisser une satisfaction. En résumé trés beau restaurant refait à neuf qui doit probablement mettre en place la carte. Dernière note rapport qualité prix un peu élevé en comparaison à d'autres excellents restaurants de la région. Ce qui importe au client a terme ce n'est pas l'ambiance mais la qualité servie dans l'assiette.... Dommage que le restaurant supprime les commentaires qui ne leur...
