Kentucky Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Ebikon

Finally got here the first time since it opened. It was an afternoon and the place pretty empty, just a handful of customers.

Take-away, dine-in or drive-in. Anything you'd like. I'd came for some later take-away lunch. Parking outside was plenty, but I imagine on a busy day it might be crowded.

Ordering was simple by one of the multiple touchscreens. Very easy to navigate and very clear. Placed the order and waited about 2mins only until I got my order. Staff was fast and friendly.

Ordered two buckets of the "Hot Wings Tuesday" special. 14 pieces each for just 9.90 CH. Nice, spicy and crispy. As it should be. Also had nine pieces of the delicous filet bites. Also two free dips with the order.

Quality was really nice, meat was nicely cooked but still tender. Really a great standard here so far. And the specials are really good priced. Surely will...

If you are taking away, always check your order. Three times we have ordered here, three times the order has missing items! Food generally was poor too, after waiting 25 minutes for them to give the order, with all that time they still don’t get it correct. This is their core business, and I see other reviews complaining with take-away, you would think the manager would address this issue! Tried to ring them to correct the order and they don’t answer! Fries under cooked and had to re-cook at home. Not coming back to this...

An den Chicken Wings gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Jedoch war die Deal Box überhaupt nicht super! Wie lange darf das Geflügel nach der Zubereitung an den Kunden verkauft werden? Ich schätze die Crispys (Chewys) werden auch für den Burger verwendet. Beide Produkte waren leider total abgelegen, zäh und trocken. Hinzu waren 1/3 des Burgers fleischlos. Das wäre in Ordnung wenn das Fleisch dicker gewesen wäre. Aber wenn schon bei der Zubereitung ein Stück verkleinert (Man kann bei der Zubereitung mitverfolgen) wird sollte es nicht unterdimensioniert sein. Es stand ein Fahrzeug auf dem Parkplatz, somit gab es kein Zeitdruck bei der Zubereitung. Die Pommes waren relativ frisch und das Getränk wurde vergessen. Welchen nun zum zweiten Mal passierte. Es ist schade, dass KFC es nach einer so langen Zeit erst vor kurzen in die Zentralschweiz geschafft hat und dann das Produkt enttäuschend ist.
