Landgasthaus Schweizerheim — Restaurant in Ebikon

We spent this guesthouse five nights, very quite and cosy. The bed is comfortable, the room is heated, very warm all day - I loved it - also close to Luzern's center only ten minutes by car. There is small kitchen for cook and table to eat. Double room more like small apartment. I felt as home with extra service. The breakfest is essential, but very good quality. Staff is very kind and tactful. There is very nice terrace backside of the hotel with special mediterranean plants. The restaurant at lunch time and Evening is also always full, need to book advance. The food is well made absolutly recommended to try. I ate "hirschschnitzel mit pilzsosse" from seasonal menu. It was fantastic you could feel it was made particular ingredients.This is the place which is local people "secret" as they going there daily. Yahhh,.. watch out that antique mechanical...

Leider war unser Besuch erneut enttäuschend – zum zweiten Mal in Folge wurden wir unfreundlich und schnippisch behandelt.

Das Essen (gerollte Cordonbleus und Hauchdünne Wiener Schnitzel) war in Ordnung, jedoch sehr teures Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Das Kartenlesegerät funktionierte nicht, obwohl behauptet wurde, es sei „immer funktionsfähig“. Statt Verständnis wurde uns unterstellt, wir könnten nicht richtig mit digitalen Zahlungsmitteln umgehen.

Als wir darauf hingewiesen haben, dass es nicht fair ist, dem Kunden die Schuld zuzuschieben, wenn die Technik nicht funktioniert, bekamen wir nur eine freche Antwort: „Man solle sich das nicht so zu Herzen nehmen.“ In einem Moment bei der Zahlung wurde uns sogar das Handy aus der Hand gerissen – absolut unangemessen!

Auch der Spielplatz scheint nicht den üblichen Sicherheitsstandards zu entsprechen, da die Geräte viel zu nahe aneinander stehen.

Der insgesamt unfreundliche Ton und das herablassende Verhalten hinterlassen bei uns leider kein gutes Gefühl – so geht man mit...
