We have lived within 5 minutes of Sinfonia for 20 years. We ate there previously many years ago and were underwhelmed. We trust Gault Millau and decided that with 16 points, we would try again. Again, it disappointed. The host seated us but it was 15 minutes before he returned to ask for our drinks order. He then brought us bread, but no butter or olive oil. We had been there 1 hour and 10 minutes before the first course arrived (he had delivered a tiny amuse bouche with no description earlier). Food was good but not wow.
