Brilliant white, heavily starched tablecloths and napkins, candles, sparkling cutlery and crystal, and just as much as the service takes pride in their presentations, so does the chef, maybe even more so. Excellent cuisine, only the freshest produce, only homemade soups and sauces, masterfully prepared and served. This humble fish and seafood restaurant is a true gem and a gastronomic highlight for any fish lover (they offer one or two meat dishes which are prepared with as much love and skill as their wide offer of seafood dishes). A fine choice of wines complements the menu and after dinner an eclectic choice of spirits awaits the discerning diner. You will find the best lake fish in this traditional restaurant. The fish soup served with garlic croutons and grated cheese is simple delicious. The fried Kretzer ( a fish usually not served) are so crispy that you do not need to worry about the fish bones.

In the summer time the restaurant offers a nice garden. Unfortunately the parking place is covering the view on the lake. The service is good but challenged, since they have to run back and forward to get the dishes from the kitchen. We need to be patient and understanding since the menu prices are moderate.

A really excellent restaurant, food was very good and quickly prepared. Prices are on a slightly higher level but reasonable for what you get. The dishes are mainly fish, there are also a few meat dishes. What I have also seen are weekly or monthly seasonal meals.
