Gasthof zum Hecht — Restaurant in Fehraltorf

We visited the restaurant with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant evening and delicious food. The interior is definitely one of the restaurant’s strong points — cozy, tasteful, and welcoming.

Unfortunately, our experience with the food was not as satisfying. Perhaps we didn’t choose the best items from the menu, but none of the dishes we tried left a lasting impression or made us want to come back for more. The Portuguese wine that was recommended also fell short of expectations in terms of quality.

It’s a pity, as we arrived in the mood for a great meal, but sadly the restaurant didn’t live up to what we were hoping for.

That said, we do believe the place has potential, and we hope our feedback is taken as constructive. We truly wish the team continued growth...

The restaurant is a gem and should be better known. :-)|José Da Silva is the prefect host for having an enjoyable dinner - he makes you feel welcome!|The food is excellent and the menus offers a variate, albeit not to wide!.|Besides havin a lovely dinner, I often visit this place with my "Turn-Veteranen" from Pfäffikon for drinks after our exercise.
