I had a lovely experience at L'Artista today. I was given a warm welcome by the waiter, Francesco, as well as the bartender. I asked if I could be put beside a plug as I needed to do some work on my laptop, to which Francesco proceeded to find me a table next to one. I then asked him if the chef could make me up a salad, even though there was no salad on the menu. Francesco said that that was no problem at all, and 10 minutes later presented me with a colourful and absolutely delicious salad, accompanied by the nicest bread I've ever eaten. Over the next few hours, I had several coffees and a san pellegrino, whilst happily doing my work. At one stage, my laptop's battery got very low, so I asked Francesco if he wouldn't mind looking after my table with all of my stuff on it, while I ran down to my apartment to get my charger. He kindly said he would, and put a 'réservé' sign on it. When I arrived back, he had brought me out a slice of pizza, for no reason other than to be nice, and said 'you need this for all your hard work'. Thank you for the small touches and fantastic service, Francesco!

Needless to say, I had a more than positive experience...

We had a birthday celebration and decided to visit this place. Fortunatelly, we were all in a very good mood and an intention not to bracke the party;-)otherwise me personaly would leave the okace realising the waiter doesnt speak a word of German..after trying to find a way to communicate and asking the owner some question, he showed he has nothing to do with our order and table, as the other waiter is responsible🤦‍♀️thats a no go. Nevertheless, the pizza were very tasty and reachly arranged. Unfortunatelly, of an italian warm-hearted and hospitality i personally didnt feel in this place...
