The most rude place I've ever been to. I was in this restaurant before the management changed, and I thought it was very good and wanted to come back. A couple of years later, I managed to do it, but it would have been better if it hadn't happened. Yesterday, I was in a great mood to go to this restaurant for dinner, walking 30 minutes from the train station and nothing stopped me. However, when I arrived, it started to rain, and the so-called "chef" of the restaurant told me not to sit down because he was moving people, and I should clarify that he said it shouting. Well, nothing, I thought, I'll wait, after a while I went up to him and said that I would really like to have dinner here, that I had been here before and dreamed of eating here again, to which he said to me in a shouting and aggressive tone, "Can't you see that I don't have any seats" and ran away. I was stunned, and a couple of minutes later he came up and said, "What do you want? What do you want me to do for you?" I told him that I was traveling to Switzerland for a very long time and far away, and one of the places I wanted to visit was this. To which I received the answer "It's not my problem, there are no seats" and he pointed me towards the door. I repeat, there was a terrible downpour and thunder, I said that I had no car and that I could not go because of the rain, to which he rolled his eyes and said that he would not do anything about it. I burst into tears because I was walking and traveling here for so long and then he was aggressive, impolite to me and didn't even apologize, I was very offended and NO-ONE from stuff came to me.

And finally, the seating arrangement was very irrational, and if he wanted to do his job, there would be possible to find a table for one person, believe me. That “chef” is aggressive, rude, impudent and behaves like a psycho. I do not recommend this...

My friend's intention to enjoy a meal was met with an appalling display of disrespect that left me utterly dismayed.

As soon as the rain started pouring heavily, my friend not only wanted to eat but sought refuge within the restaurant, a reasonable request given the circumstances. However, the response she received from a staff member was not only shocking but also completely uncalled for. The staff member's aggressive and dismissive tone, along with his refusal to accommodate her, showcases a complete disregard for basic human decency.

The distressing part is when my friend attempted to explain situation, but the staff member continued to exhibit a deplorable attitude. Instead of showing empathy and understanding, he chose to belittle her by insisting there were no available seats and demanding her departure. The blatant lack of empathy and refusal to acknowledge her predicament is utterly shameful.

Furthermore, the staff member's decision to point to the door and avert his gaze reflects a level of disrespect that is both astonishing and unacceptable. It's truly disheartening to see an establishment that relies on its customers' financial support treat them in such an appalling manner.

This experience sheds light on the restaurant's appalling customer service standards and their complete disregard for the well-being and comfort of their patrons. The restaurant's behavior, especially in a situation where a simple act of kindness and understanding was warranted, is truly inexcusable.
