Incredibly rude and racist workers at the self-service restaurant. Asked what type of bread is used because we have a dietary restriction in our family and the woman wearing a green pendant taking our order raised her voice at us. Asked her another, completely unrelated question and she returned back to the bread question, continuing to scream at us. “I cannot show you what bread is used. It’s just bread and cheese…” she shrieked at us. We told her that it was fine and moved on. Went back to order another dish and she instructed us to wait 2 minutes, when asked why she said “I don’t have to tell you.” Finally she told us she made us wait because we were rude to her, when as a matter of fact she was the one who raised her voice at us. Cashier also yelled at us for trying to take ketchup, telling us we have to pay more, which we are happy to do, but no need to yell at a paying customer and family. The workers here are obviously extremely aggressive to people of color; what a sad, disheartening, and ridiculous experience. Food was bland and...

This was the first place we ate when we arrived in Switzerland, and it was such a great start! It’s a self-service restaurant conveniently located near the Royal Männlichen Walk. The food was delicious—we tried the spaghetti, vegetable Thai curry, and schnitzel with fries, and everything tasted great! Best part? We only waited less than 5 minutes for our food to be ready.

Visited self-service restaurant. It was my second time visite in this restaurant. The food was ok and one man who served the food was super nice. However, the cashier was so rude and impolite. Asked for the tap water and she responded me that I needed to pay 3.50CHF. Ok to understand because it’s mountain. However her way of communicating and attitude is not acceptable and too rude.
