One waitress ruined my whole experience & she had very bad attitude towards us And was complaining to her other waitress infront of us like she is the victim. She Wasn't professional at all And we didn't see her treat others the way she treat it us may be because we were not white or European ( we were black) , she ruined my whole adventure and the memories i wanted to create with my husband and my little daughter. I visited the restaurant on August 25th, and it was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The young waiter who took my order acted like we were there for free food. He didn't meet even basic customer service standards and never smiled the entire time.

When I ordered a meal for myself and my child, and just a coffee for my husband, who wasn't ready for lunch, the waiter immediately assumed we would share the meal and told us there would be an extra charge. This assumption was completely inappropriate.

We were treated appallingly here by a female waitress after asking for our larger to be changed. We ordered an alcohol free larger, took a few sips, started to feel strange and then realised we had been served the wrong one. Asked politely for it to be changed and got spoken to horrendously.
