UPD: We didn’t even have a chance to taste your food because as soon as we mentioned that the juice was spoiled, the waiter took all our food away. That’s not how an apology works. 🙂

Also, when I asked for the receipt, your manager rudely told me to “go away.” It’s hard to believe he didn’t intend to be rude.

Stay away - expired food served and no respect for customers.

I was served juice that had expired over two months ago. I only noticed after I had already drunk it. Staff also didn’t give me a receipt despite the fact I insisted on receiving it, and were extremely rude and dismissive.

Serving expired products is not just unprofessional — it’s a serious health risk and a violation of food safety laws in Switzerland.

I was visiting Thun recently and celebrating my birthday with a friend. We had eaten at Thai Garden on a previous visit, so I chose Thai Garden for my birthday dinner.

The food was excellent, as always, but I received very special assistance from Alexandra, the daughter of the owner.

Just before our scheduled reservation, I lost my iPhone. I was anxious, but Alexandra helped me through the process of virtually finding my phone and locking it to prevent use.

This was far beyond her duties, but her kindness and professionalism really soothed my spirit that evening.

I never expected to get tech support services at a restaurant, but that is what happened! (in perfect English too)!

I give my highest recommendations to Restaurant Thai-Garden and I will return there on my next visit.
