Restaurant Seegarten — Restaurant in Iseltwald

I stayed in the Lake Lodge opposite this restaurant! We went 4 days in a row for drinks - Aperol and lemoncello spritz as well as their own citrus slushy (with added vodka). Had dinner there twice! Pizza one night (good) and burger another night (great!!) the meat beef burger has to be the tastiest burger I’ve had in years!!! Beef is good quality and great flavour. Very comfortable seating and lots of shade! Had a swim in the lake with stairs into the water at the resturant! Staff are friendly. Other reviews saying staff are rude is probably as customers line up and can’t decide what to order or take extra long when there is a long line… other customers like me get...

Horrible service we were traveling with a disabled relative on wheelchair came here at 6pm for drinks before dinner. Got served by this horrendous server with ponytail, he didn’t care if we had a hard time finding a 6 person table, simply asked us to get our own table, told us to read the menu carefully before order, we had to ask him to bring the drinks to us as if we had worked for him, which was quite ironic when we had to pay for our drinks and also take care of our disabled wheelchair relative.

Stopped by here for some lunch while visiting Iseltwald. The place itself is cute and rustic. The ciabatta paninis were delicious - perfect texture and fresh ingredients. There were two flavors to choose from: 1. Raclette and speck or 2. Pesto, mozzarella and tomato. Drinks were overpriced though - a 1.5L bottle of water plus a bottle of local beer cost 14chf. Other than that, staff is friendly and I would recommend this spot for a casual lunch or snack...
