We had a fantastic experience at Caju, just 3 days after it opened. Despite the new staff still getting used to some aspects of the menu and service, we were not waiting too long for our food and when it arrived... my word, was it delicious! The quality of the beef and how it was cooked over flame was mouth-watering. A nice surprise was the attention to detail on the sides, with extremely tasty freshly made potato wedges, a nice sweet potato puree and also some wonderful sauces to go with the steaks. That combined with a really nice wine selection added up to a superb meal. Well worth a trip out of Lucerne for! There is parking available on-site and the staff are very friendly. From the moment you step into this restaurant, you feel right at home. The warm, cozy atmosphere and the warm welcome from the incredibly friendly owner make the experience special from the start. My husband and I went to this restaurant last night and it was a lovely experience. All of the food that we had was amazing! We had steak, veggies, garlic bread and finished off with the sorbet and it was all amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our night here. The waiter we had last night was also amazing.
