This place is awful in that their system forces you to squeeze by the waiting line to lay claim to a table somehow then squeeze by the line again to reach the end and then wait forever while the single cashier operates at a very slow and unconcerned pace filling orders and flatly refusing to take an order if you cannot indicate your table number. I waited I think at least 10 minutes, perhaps more, being constantly jostled by others. The worst customer service I have encountered in Klosters or anywhere else in Switzerland. The food looks good in the display case, but I never had a comfortable chance to order it.
