It was interesting to find a place that serves Çig Köfte in Lausanne. I was very skeptical when I entered the small restaurant but was pleasantly surprised.

The owner of the restaurant takes pride in the quality of the food he serves, his ingredients are very fresh, he really works on the presentation and his restaurant is absolutely spotless. Çig Köfte is the main dish but he also serves a good traditional Turkish lentil soup. Also, feel free to try the homemade ayran (Turkish yogurt drink).

Toujours excellent ! Il y a beaucoup de plats compatibles pour les végétariens, excellent pour les mangeurs de viande aussi, il faut gouter ! Le kebab n'est pas comme les autres sur Lausanne, c'est le vrai, la viande est préparée au sabre sur des braises... et non-pas cet espèce de blob de viande tout gras qu'on vous propose ailleurs !
