The AQUA’SPHERE Restaurant — Restaurant in Lausanne

Arrived to an uncleaned table... not a very good first impression. After 5 minutes of waiting someone came to greet us (finally) Once food and drinks were ordered... the sprite was warm and had 0 bubbles and the wine was served in a glass, where I was unable to taste it beforehand.

My salad was brought without presenation and was given to me with italian sauce (i was unable to pick french or italien)

After our OK appetizer, another waiter asked if we wanted coffee or cake where as I responded that we are waiting for our main course. Following my response, he was unable to speak back in either english german or spanish. He only spoke french. While waiting we were given another napkin with cutlary eventhough we were in posession of these materials already.

The burger said to be with fish but came with beef and the tartar was full of fat and uncut, meaning to be a partial steak.

The sidedishes were exactly the same on both of our plate. NOT creative at all.

I would definitaly NOT recommend this restaurant.

PS. I had to help him stack the plates, since he was unable to carry them...

Very dissapointing... i dont like writing negative reviews, but i hope this is a motivation to increase the quality of the service. The food was good, except for my very chewy tartar. But im not a fan of warm and un-carbonated sprite, being asked if i want desert inbetween my first and second course, not receiving water after ordering a bottle, being seated while my table is not cleaned before, and being told to wait when i want to give up an order. Too many things were wrong. The manager was not charming at all either. The breakfast on the other hand was pretty good. Sorry for the 1 star, but things need to change...

It's a restaurant for the hotel "Aquatis Hotel". We arrived late and spontaneous at the hotel, after a long journey, and asked at the restaurant for a table, but won't get one.
