Charisma Wallis Pizza und Kebap Susten — Restaurant in Leuk

I called and ordered "Kebab Charisma" + extra pommes for takeaway. The website says that extra pommes or cheese are 2 francs. When I came to pick up the dish, the worker gave me a Dürüm instead of the kebab I ordered, explaining that they only have that? I don't understand why he couldn't tell me that right away on the phone. If it's according to the prices on the internet, that standard Dürüm should be 15.90 + fries (2 francs) and that's a total of 17.90, and I paid 23.50, I don't know how that amount turned out in the end because I didn't get the bill, and I thought it was put in a bag. Unless it was a Jumbo Dürüm, which I didn't order, and it still wouldn't have turned out 23.50. The food as food is okay, the dough in Dürüm, tortilla or whatever it's called, is too soft and falls apart...

One time I have no internet and my phone only rest 15 battery, and there is no bus to get to the hotel because it is too late, I am so worry and feel helpless. Fortunately, I saw lights in this restaurant, I go there and ask for help. The staff is so kind, even ask me if I want something to drink and help me call a taxi. I am really really appreciate that. However, I have no chance to get there twice to say thank you,(because they close on Monday😭) Therefore I text at here!!Thank you so much!!...

The Service itself was good and friendly, liked the way it looked, but i gotta say this cause its about honesty here… i got diarrhea because of this food and had the worst stomachache i ever had… i dont know if it was something in the food that wasnt good anymore or if it was the sauces but something wasn’t right cause i had so much pain after eating that… would not come back after that experience… gotta say i guess there should come a food inspector to see if there‘s everything good with...
