Bärgbeizli Hammetschwand — Restaurant in Lucerne

We spend a lot of time in Switzerland in the summer months and our favourite mountain restaurant is berg restaurant Hammetschwand. It has everything you could want! Every time a huge welcome and Great service from very professional hard working staff (Andrea and stanco) they operate the restaurant from the heart and are very sincere decent people. They work every day there is good weather during the summer months without regular days off so that takes some energy and commitment which they both have. The food selection is excellent especially for a mountain restaurant. War seit längerem wieder mal mit meinem Göttibueb hier oben. Und waren hell begeistert. Was die Küche bietet für ein Bergrestaurant ist super. Hatten Schnitzel mit Nudelsalat und Bratwurst (sehr lecker) mit Zwiebelsauce und Pommes. Sehr lecker knackig Pommes, überhaupt nicht fettig! frisches Öl, wie es sein soll, da sieht man das der Chefkoch was von seinem Metier versteht :-) Preis für diese Lage ok, denn die Ware muss auch kostenaufwändig hochtransportier werden, wie ich weiss. (Lift oder Helikopter!) Kann es wärmstens emfpehlen auch die sehr freundliche Dame an der Kasse, bitte macht weiter so wir kommen wieder.
