I recently visited Choi’s and was deeply disappointed with the experience. The waitress was extremely unfriendly, throwing plates onto the table as if we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, she showed no effort to provide even basic courtesy.
The food was even worse. The noodles were burned and had a carcinogenic smell, clearly not cooked properly. When we pointed this out, the waitress refused to acknowledge the issue and acted dismissivel telling us this is chinese food.
To make matters worse, she was seen laughing with the chef at the back of the kitchen, which felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s shocking that a place like this is still in business with such poor service and food quality.
I would not recommend Choi’s to anyone looking for a decent dining experience. Avoid...
Read moreWe've ordered from here a few times in the last 8 years, and we've also eaten here. the food is nice and tasty and the staff is pleasant enough, I suppose. but just don't order takeout. the portions are juuust big enough. whereas, if I order indian or some other asian food from a different restaurant, it will be expensive, but we'll get enough food for dinner AND lunch the next day. at choi's you get half that and it's still pretty expensive. the plastic box they put takeout food in is only half filled every time. chop suey veggies were were quite watery today. oh and good luck getting yourself understood over the phone.
