Go but without small children. The food Is good. I was a loyal customer, I used to go every other week with my small Kids. They do not accept that small kids make the floor dirty with Rice. I told them to put a sign that they do now allow children, they told me that they are not allowed to do so because of the law but they told me that from now on I should do take away. I am sorry to say that if you are not willing to spend 2 minutes to clean the floor for a client Who has brought you many returning customers and is a returning customer herself, then you do not know how to treat customer....

It Should be ZERO stars for ZERO customer service. Do not come and do not bring your kids. Whilst food is average, service was insulting and rude. I was asked for my kids (age 2 and 4) not to drink from their own bottles, and instead buy tap water @ 4 CHF a glass! As a local I find this utterly absurd! It is very clear they do not like kids in their establishment. I do not recommend this place, if one doesn't like serving customers than opening a local restaurant is NOT a wise...

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food quality meets a good standard, with the papaya salad and tom yum goong standing out for their authentic flavours. The stir-fried water spinach also offers a truly traditional taste.
