Pepper Jack — Restaurant in Morges

We ordered two burgers to go. Many people came in after us and they were served before us. It's stupid to take priority away from takeaway orders and to give to people who eat there. After waiting for more than 30 min (at 1300 which isn't even the rush hour) we got our burgers and I found a long blond hair in it. Usually I'm tolerant but seeing people get served before us, waiting this long, being treated like we had some disabilities AND THE HAIR was just too much. I tried to return it but a guy who seemed like the owner insisted badly to make a new one. He told me I didn't had to wait in line!!! (As if order means much in there). If the whole service and everything was bad until then, at least his reaction compensated for a part of it. He offered a free syrup and gave me a 10% voucher which I won't need since I won't go back. Also nothing can justify a vegetarian burger made of quinoa and gruyère for 17 chf!!!!!!! ridiculous! Lastly the burger was good, that's what brings the rating...

I was staying in Lausanne and a girl I met told me that the best burger in Switzerland was in Morges, a few minutes outside of Lausanne. So I hopped on the train and headed to Pepper Jack. I was immediately met by Martin and Aless, the owners, who were super friendly and could not do enough to make me feel welcome. I ordered a beer (of course!) and a Pepper burger. Well... I can only say that the girl I met in Lausanne was lying. Because this is one of the best burgers I have EVER had. Amazing beef, fabulous ingredients, expertly cooked. It was superb.
