McDonald’s — Restaurant in Murten

There are plenty of parking spaces to park up with several larger spaces for families, if you have an electric car there is a charging point in the carpark. There is a drive though as well if you dont want to go in. There is a play area outside with tables next to it. Inside there is plenty of space to sit, high chairs for small children and clean toilets. The food is basically as you would expect from a McDonalds and the staff are friendly and prompt. The only thing that would be a good addition would be a couple of extra bins in the carpark, but the one there, is fairly big. There is a store next door and mcdonalds shares the same enterence so be careful in the car park with chidren as some of the cars dont slow down...

Me and my family got a total of there menues and got the coca cola glass, but they said they were out of stock, no problem so we asked for a free refill or just a simple refund, but the lady at the counter was of no help and extremely arrogant, only giving us half arsed responses like you can get them tomorrow, but the thing is we wont be back tomorrow, and after telling her she told us next week, we did the exact thing she suggested and turns out they don't give out those glasses anymore, once again we ask for a free drink or something similar but instead they tell us that they cannot do such a thing, since the ticket is a week old, thank you McDonalds for ripping us off of 6.50...

War mit meinem Arbeitskollegen gestern dort um etwas mitzunehmen....40 minuten gewartet auf unsere Bestellung!!! Klar, es herrschte grosser Andrang so drinnen wie draussen im Drive-in aber, dass ist nicht das was mich gestöhrt hat weil schluss endlich ist der McDonalds immer noch ein Fast Food Restaurant und sollte in max. 15 min deine Bestellung fertig haben.

Aber nein 40 min wartezeit....die Leute um mich herum wurden auch schon ganz unruhig von der warterei und dem herumstehen. Und das Personal? Stress? Schnelle Blicke? Nervöses Verhalten? Nichts....gar nichts!!! Man hätte denken können das gleich Geschlossen wird und die Mitarbeiter nachhause gehen weil das Tempo eher nach gemütlichem Putzen ausgesehen hat. Alle wirklich alle kurz vor dem Einschlafen.

Nach 40min endlich unsere Bestellung da. Big Tasty Bacon Menu ganz ok auch optisch ansprechend und nicht einfach in die Schachtel geworfen aber leider statt normaler Cola hab ich Cola Zero bekommen, mein Kollege hat ein Cheesburger bekommen ohne Gurken und ohne erkennbare Sauce also ein sehr trockener Burger.

Einfach sehr schade! Aber leider nicht das erstemal. Allgemein zu wenig Tempo. Wenn ich 40min warten muss dan kann ich gerade so gut in ein richtiges Restaurant gehen und ein Tagesmenu bestellen und wäre sicher schneller dort.

Fazit: Essen dennoch gut, aber Burger optisch manchmal Katastrophe. Eigenkontrolle und immer schauen ob man wirklich alles bekommen hat oder noch Sachen fehlen. Wartezeit ist katastrophal da fahre ich lieber zu einem anderen Standort...
