Restaurant La Combyre — Restaurant in Nendaz

The main reason I rated this restaurant 1 star is because of the size of the servings. I ordered the snow burger and the size of the fries and salad portion was something I had never seen in nearly 10 years skiing in the 4 vallées. I counted the fries and there were about 20... when I went to politely ask for more, the restaurant owner rudely responded that the serving is always like that and that for 19.- she considered it was well worth it.

On a good note, the ambiance was good, the food was served pretty quickly and the patty of the burger was delicious. Homemade with vache d’hérens mixed in herbs, it was cooked very well and melted in your mouth.

I’m rating the restaurant 1 star but it’s worth 3 good stars. The bad review is to compensate for the other good reviews on the restaurant that haven’t picked up on my point, and also because of the way that the restaurant owner answered me. Restaurant à fuir. Nous y sommes allés pour prendre une boisson chaude en attendant nos enfants qui revenaient de leur cour de ski. A croire qu’ils ont trop de clients malgré la pandémie.
