Restaurant Höllgrotten — Restaurant in Neuheim

Can not rate food, since we could not be even able to order. After half hour waiting suddenly waitress show up. I told my wife in Spanish that it would be time after waiting so long to ask what we want. Waitress suddenly replay on my comment in Spanish that if I do not like it to wait so long then I should go to McDonalds! I replay that these is not customer friendly, we stay up and went away from such customer unfriendly place even complaining because we were talking in Spanish! Crappy place, arrogant employees don’t spend your money there! Is not worthy! I would like to give a cero star but not one star is possible! The owner of that restaurant should read this comment and talk to the waitress. Bad reviews, no customers, no customers no money, no money no employees! Waitress should go and eat...

Claims to be open on Tuesdsys,but when we rocked up at 12:30 noon on a Tuesday in the end of April it was very clearly closed! This was simply noted with a handwritten sign propped in front of the restaurant saying "Ruhetag" (rest day), no further explanation. Steep walk to reach the entrance of the caves. No baby strollers allowed. Inside the caves it is very moist, the walking paths might be slippery and irregular. Beautiful stalactites and tiny lakes. The round trip takes about 30-45mins to be completed. Continue the path behind the tickets office and find a great picnics BBQ area with access to the river, very shallow water, perfect spot...
