Bergwirtschaft Tiefmatt — Restaurant in Oberbuchsiten

Non lascio quasi MAI recensioni, e quelle poche volte che l’ho fatto, è stato per lo più per lasciare critiche costruttive. Ma non è questo il caso!. Amo mangiare al ristorante ed amo assaggiare sempre cose nuove. Sono stato in almeno 80/100 ristoranti differenti in tutta la svizzera.. ma da quando un amico mi ha consigliato di provare il Tiefmatt… È diventata una mia meta fissa. Ci sono stato almeno 20/25 volte. Impeccabili sotto ogni aspetto. Cibo 🍲 e piatti straordinari, FENOMENALI. Dall’insalata alla carne, da pesce al dessert 🍨 . Anche il caffè è tra i migliori che abbia assaggiato qui in Svizzera, per non parlare dei cocktail che fanno! Vi consiglio di assaggiare quelli di loro invenzione! Fantastici. E tutto sempre ad un prezzo contenuto e mai eccessivo. Per essere in svizzera i prezzi sono davvero bassi! Lascerei 10 stelle se potessi. Ho avuto modo di parlare anche con il cuoco di nome Sergio, uno dei pochi cuochi che cucinano ancora oggi con amore e che cura ogni suo singolo piatto. Si vede subito che è una persona che ha studia tanto prima di mettersi ai fornelli di un ristorante, senza considerare che ogni singola cosa che vi trovate nel piatto è attentamente cucinata da lui, salse comprese, nulla è precotto o comprato altrove, cucinano tutto loro! Letteralmente solo il ketchup e la maionese sono comprati. Tutti prodotti che usano solo locali e freschi, e fidatevi che la differenza si sente. Inoltre nonostante il ristorante sia sempre pieno, lo staff è sempre disponibile, gentile e preparato. Tutti molto gentili e sempre sorridenti, ma soprattutto molto simpatici. Cosa da non sottovalutare è che sono sempre ben disponibili anche per organizzare eventi. Dei miei amici si sono sposati qui ( dopo che io gli ho fatto conoscere questo posto ovviamente anche loro se ne sono innamorati ), e loro stessi hanno curato ogni singolo dettaglio. È stato indimenticabile. La vista ed il panorama ovviamente giocano tanti punti a favore al ristorante: panorama suggestivo e romantico, anche nelle brutte giornate. P.S. Vi consiglio caldamente di chiamare SEMPRE prima di andare, bisogna avere tanta fortuna per trovare un tavolo libero senza prenotazione! Io stesso una volta purtroppo sono andato senza prenotare e non ho trovato posto. Ma è giusto così! Un posto del genere merita di essere sempre...

food 100 out of 10 I have never eaten better food in my life I had the opportunity to meet a chef from Croatia, very nice and the food even better I look forward to coming back because I had a wonderful experience with friendly service and a very interesting chef who prepared for us kalbssteak that was done perfectly , it was very juicy and flavourfull , im not a fan of vegetables but the vegetables here were amazing , each vegetable with a different Spice kick whic makes it interesting to eat , there was also tagliatele on the side also done with some butter and herbs and a house made jus . Everything was very flavourfull on its own and it also goes so...

Am Vortag hatte ich mit meinen Freunden eine MTB-Tour und einen Besuch im Restaurant Tiefmatt geplant. Heute war es kalt, aber sonnig (12'C). Nach 3 Stunden Velofahren kam ich in das Restaurant. Mein Freund und ich standen lange und ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich für das Personal unsichtbar war. Das Personal hat uns nicht einmal angeschaut. Keine Begrüssung. Nichts. Ein Mann vom Personal stand 2m vor mir und erst als ich fragte, ob wir bestellen könnten, bemerkte er, dass wir da standen und warteten. Nachdem ich bestellt hatte, teilte er mir mit, dass wir nur auf der Terrasse im Schatten (!!! 12'C) sitzen könnten. Die Hälfte der Terrasse lag in der Sonne und es gab etwa 10 freie Tische dort. Trotzdem sitzen alle Kunden im Schatten (?). Ich sagte, dass wir verschwitzt seien und ich nicht im Schatten sitzen könne, dass ich lieber nach Hause gehen wolle. Der Herr antwortete (genau): "Sie können nach Hause gehen". Ich wollte es nicht glauben. Er begründete das damit, dass die Zahl der Mitarbeiter zu niedrig sei und wenn er sie dort sitzen liesse, hätten sie mehr Arbeit. Natürlich haben wir zu Hause Kaffee getrunken. Schock. Dies war mein erster Besuch in der Tiefmatt und sicher auch mein letzter. Wir hatten nicht vor, zu Mittag zu essen oder eine grosse Bestellung aufzugeben. Ich werde aber nicht mit meiner Familie hierher kommen. Ich werde es auch niemandem empfehlen. Natürlich glaube ich den Rückmeldungen, dass das Essen gut ist. Aber es stimmt nicht, dass man vom Restaurant aus eine schöne Aussicht hat. Ein herzlicher Gruss an die Besitzer des Lokals und das Personal. Ich glaube immer noch nicht, dass das möglich ist.
