It started storming as I reached the top of the hill, and came into the restaurant. I ordered a beef tartare (my first) which was very delicious, with Jameson. It looked like art; the textures and flavors were great; tangy, rich, and vibrant.

So sorry we could not come back more often. Dear Fabrice, I came in December, second week, and this time with my wife, Emma. The big problem was the skilift Bretaye-Roc d’Orsay stopped working, and not everyone is ready for the Chamossaire. Therefore we could only make it once. It was excellent as usual, I mean cuisine, staff, atmosphere. Now back to the UK. You need to get the téléski Bretaye-Roc working. It affects part of your customers. All the best....

Le service est pitoyable, c'est vraiment lamentable. On a été 2x pour confirmer et c'était pareil. 10mn pour avoir une carte, 10mn pour qu'on vienne prendre notre commande 25mn d'attente pour les plats (quand on a demander à une serveuse de prendre notre commande, elle a dit que ce n'était pas sa zone - mais qu'est ce qu'on en a à faire ?? Pas pro du tout - de plus elle a prit la commande pour 4 boissons et était à la limite incapable de s'en rappeler et a du reconfirmer) la restauration n'est vraiment pas le "truc" des employées de se resraurant. On notera que la barwoman à l'air d'être qualifié mais est tributaire d'une mauvaise gestion de l'établissement qui est un véritable cirque. La nourriture est correct bien qu'execissement cher pour les burgers. Quand l'expérience de manger au restaurant devient stressante... c'est un repas gâché. Quand on attends plus de 40mn assis avant d'avoir de la nourriture... faut se poser des questions. Une réorganisation est urgente. Dommage. Il y a du potentiel.
