Consistently high quality It is always concerning when you are the only occupied table in the restaurant on a cold winter's evening but it is also a test of the service and quality of the set menu we chose and both more than met our expectations.By Swiss standards the three course set menu was reasonably price at SFR60.The duo of filet des perches menieure with tartare sauce and sauce citron were excellent.The gourmandises included a mini of creme brûlée tiramisu chocolate mousse and panacotta.The starter was a little disappointing as it was tiny scallops in shell which were challenging to remove - an alternative would be better The local wines are excellent and competitively priced This is my third review - the last two with the new management and chef and it isreassuirng that the standard remains consistent The dining room is elegant with muted decor and outside they have gazebos on the lake foreshore with sheepskin covered seats blankets and heating what you normally seen mountains One of our go to restaurants

What a delightful night my wife and I had at the restaurant Hotel de la Plage, Preverenges. Sat in one of the outside bubbles by the lake, cosy atmosphere and eating the seasonal “la chasse” menu. The food was very high quality including the novelty of cooking my meat on a hot stone. Never done that before. The dessert was delightful, the photo might catch the slight flame on the top. Beautiful experience, the staff were very very friendly and overall a really enjoyable meal.

Nice restaurant, the terrace can't be located nearer the lake side as then you will having your feet in the water :). Plates are a bit expensive but the quality and taste make them worthy. In the terrace there are transparent bubbles were you can seat up to 5 o 6 people for those who don't like the wind near the shore but still want to enjoy the beautiful view.

We spend the last night of June.|We went there more than once to book the room but people had no time to show us the room...but..at least the room was booked.|We ask for a breakfast and time was starting at 07.00 AM.|We wait alone till 07.30 but there was nobody and nobody neither answer to the phone.|We need to leave and we left without breakfast and paying since there was literally nobody in the hotel on a Wednesday morning.|We had to ask some friends to go to pay for us.||Honestly a bad experience, it is a pity since potentially, the hotel is quite old but in a...
