Le Petit Bouchon plage de Promenthoux — Restaurant in Prangins

Arrived from paddle boarding on the lake at 13h59 on a sunny Friday. The lovely restaurant manager rushed over to our table to ask if we would be eating and kindly take our order since the kitchen (as you will all know from similar experiences in Swiss restaurants), always closes at 14h!! Delicious salade de tomme in filo but there are many other beach-appropriate lunch choices (fish/beef tartare, burgers, tri-colour tomatoes and burrata etc.) Service was super attentive....

Food is reasonably good, although a bit pricy, but the service is far from being efficient... we have tried different times with various number of people, and, unfortunately, we have always been dissatisfied with the service... waiters are often confused, need to be constantly reminded even with some basic tasks, for example, they would bring a bottle of wine but forget wine glasses ... really shame as this place has a...

The food was very disappointing. The menu of the day was either couscous or salmon with rice, l had a hamburger which was tasteless and cold. The salmon with rice was also cold.
