Zero stars would be more appropriate. This used to be a nice and professionally run place we enjoyed. Today was my last time here after multiple awful experiences. Croix the Coer has descended to the deepest darkest corner of hospitality hell. After finally securing a table we were subsequently ignored for over twenty minutes, and when we finally signaled more forcefully, though politely, we were barked at by the waitress with a “j’arrive”, which she failed to do. I suggest a career change, and for Croix the Coer to hire professional staff who don’t pass our table ten times either empty handed or failing to take our order. We stopped for lunch after a 1 hr 15 min hike from Les Ruinettes. Price was reasonable given it is 2000m high. I would recommend their chef’s suggestion which is a tomato and avocado carpaccio as appetizer, then chicken drum stick filled with spinach and vegetable millefeuille as main course.
