After a healthy walk up the hill I found friendly smiling and fast staff. Delicious food exactly what I wanted. Staffed zucchini on the menu came with tomato based gazpacho-like soup, salad and bread. The Zucchini was delicate in flavor, cooked through yet retained crunchy texture. The sérac stuffing made it substantial- perfect. The “soup” on the other had was a firework of flavors as a perfect company. Well balanced in sweetness and acidity with distinctive tomato flavor with a pleasantly prickling pepper flavor appearing and lingering a while after I finished. Read moreDuring the pandemic it was very dissappointing to experience how one waiter was clearly having symptoms while serving at the restaurant. He kept coughing and using his hands to reposition his mask. We said politely to him that he should not be serving in this condition. All they did was giving us a new waiter while he kept serving others. We spoke to the management also, who claimed the waiter had taken a test. We all know these antigene test are not 100%. The dishes, mostly traditional Swiss fare with some original touches, are always very tasty, homemade made from scratch and with only the freshest and best ingredients.
