VENEZIA Rolle — Restaurant in Rolle

This is a customer feed back. I like the ice-cream offered here and the service is usually nice and polite with a smile. However today, whilst one of the sales persons was serving me politely, another sales person appeared , pushed herself to the front beside the person serving me, pushing her in the process aside, and displayed a rather pushy attempt to serve simultaneously some other customers behind me in the queue who had just freshly arrived. She asked me , unsmiling and not at all friendly or welcoming aswell as without apologizing!, to step aside so she can serve them! I have found this a rude and unpleasant behaviour! Consequently I categorically and decisively aswell as with the utmost emphasis reject this rude and unpleasant behaviour by that sales person. The freshly arrived customers correctly declined, preferring to wait a few more seconds until my purchase was concluded, giving therewith a proof of their education...

This place had a line so we decided to check what all the fuzz was about. So glad we did! The service was friendly and ice cream is so delicious, each flavor has a special something that takes it to a higher artisanal and high quality standard. The cappuccino was exceptional too. The best Ice cream in Rolle, absolutely divine on a hot summers day. Located in the center of town and close to the shops and cafes, as well as the Château, prices are fair and staff are very friendly. Options for flavours are insane and absolutely worth a visit...
