The coffee is beautiful and on a perfect place near the lake. But the attitude from the owner and the employees are miserable, without respect or professionalism with the clients. I ordered a banana split for my two kids and for the two times they were given for another table, I went to talk with the owner (she said it was the owner but for God sake I never saw someone like that), she just look at me with disrespectful attitude and said with a bad tone that I had to order another thing because that wasn't more (after 30m waiting!!), nor a excuse or apology!! I absolutely loved the atmosphere! It was surreal 🤍 but the service could have been much better. We went as a group of 17 friends and really enjoyed the atmosphere, it was a great place to hang out for hours. But the staff seemed overwhelmed and hesitant from the start, especially when they heard how many of us there were. But they helped us a lot to decide our orders as per our preference. Arion isn’t just a café — it’s a place you want to linger. The atmosphere is calm, the coffee and food are great, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the white-haired waitress.

She was simply outstanding — thoughtful, graceful, and genuinely present without ever intruding. Thanks to her, I didn’t just enjoy a good meal — I got to feel the rhythm of the city itself.
