Es hat schon bei der telefonischen Reservierung angefangen, meine Freundin war nicht sicher, ob es geklappt hat, da kaum deutsch gesprochen wurde. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, die Wandbeleuchtung ist für das Auge aber nicht sehr angenehm. Die Bedienung konnte fast kein Wort deutsch, also mussten wir englisch und italienisch sprechen. Hallo, wir sind in Rothrist und nicht in einem Skiort oder in Zürich! Die Tagessuppe wurde als Broccolisuppe angepriesen, schlussendlich beim Probieren hat es sich als Tomaten/Rüeblisuppe entpuppt, die Kellnerin wusste als nicht Bescheid. Die Weingläser waren nicht sauber, beim Weisswein alles voller Wassertropfen und beim Rotwein hatte ich einen Lippenabdruck. Das Entrecote wurde medium-rare bestellt, ich musste es aber beim Servieren sofort von der heissen Platte weggnehmen, da es meinen gewünschten Garpunkt schon fast überschritten hatte. Als Side hatte ich Pommes bestellt, diese wurden nicht dazu serviert, musste nachfragen und dann wurde es aber als Einzelportion verrechnet. Als wir noch eine Bestellung abgeben wollte, brachte uns die Kellnerin bereits die Rechnung, da sie es nicht verstanden hatte. Dafür ging der Kaffee dann aufs Haus, da wir die Rechnung bereits auf dem Tisch hatten. Fazit: Schöne Location, aber es stimmt leider das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis...
