Grotto Zendralli — Restaurant in Roveredo GR

(+) We stayed in Grotto Zendralli just for one night and it was the right decision. It is a small guesthouse with 3 rooms only. The price is very affordable for Swiss standards but you have to pay for the breakfast separately. Actually, we did not have the breakfast at the guesthouse, so nothing to say about it. Our room was very big and had a huge soft bed with many pillows, a couch, arm-chair, table, wardrobe. We eat dinner at the Grotto and honestly said, were not impressed by the food. It would be simple food with a few offered wines from the boxes. As a plus, I can mention a good location of the Grotto Zendralli. If you are looking for a place to explore the valley along Calancasca river, Roveredo is a perfect choice!||(-) Be aware that you stay in a building with a restaurant downstairs. It can be loud in the evening, thus consider this fact, when you book a room. Unfortunately, all 3 rooms has one shared bathroom / toilet that everyone would need in the morning, so...

Più che un grotto è un vero e proprio ristorante (e affittacamere), molto carino, curato e pulito con una bellissima saletta con camino, anche la parte esterna per l'estate è molto bella. L'atmosfera è molto tranquilla, serena, di montagna, calorosa e il personale cordiale e premuroso (soprattutto la gentilissima proprietaria, che è la cuoca, e la sua simpatica sorella che serve ai tavoli).||La cucina è tipica piemontese (la signora è di Torino) curata, e tutti i piatti sono cucinati con vera passione e sempre con ingredienti di stagione (mi piace che la signora a fine servizio esca sempre a chiedere se tutto andasse bene), pasta e ravioli fatti in casa, carne buonissima (bistecca di fassona straordinaria). Sono stato numerose volte ed ogni volta ho mangiato sempre benissimo. E' il mio posto preferito in zona.||Per i vegetariani o con particolari richieste basta chiamare in anticipo e la signora nei limiti del possibile fa di tutto per venire incontro alle varie necessità alimentari.||Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi migliori rispetto alla media della zona (e questo è chiaramente grande un punto a favore).||Super...
