Relatively newly opened restaurant close to the rhine. Very friendly and attentive service, locally sourced products freshly prepared and a very relaxed and car(e)free environment
we just found ourselves a new go-to place! The fish&chips, the capuns and the local ice cream come highly recommended.

Auf einer Wanderung von Flims ĂŒber die Rheinschlucht (Ruinaulta) nach Ilanz bin ich eher zufĂ€llig auf die Ustria Bargaus gestossen und dort eingekehrt. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und aufmerksam begrĂŒsst und empfangen. Das Essen war fantastisch! Besonders die Buchweizenravioli mit GemĂŒsefĂŒllung waren top, vor allem die Sauce hat mich begeistert. Alles war zudem sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Fischteich, in dem man seinen Fisch selbst fangen kann. Der Fang wird dann direkt zubereitet und kann entweder mitgenommen oder vor Ort genossen werden. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Un personale attento e cordiale saprà deliziarvi con una selezione concisa ma ben pensata di prodotti e piatti di qualità, tra i quali spicca la sontuosa trota pescata nel laghetto adiacente e cucinata con maestria, preparata anche sottoforma di croccanti bocconcini fritti a regola d‘arte. Nota di merito per le verdure che accompagnano e ingentiliscono i piatti, coltivate negli orti adiacenti. Ristretta ma Interessante selezione di vini. Prezzo adeguato.

Inmitten der schönsten Natur im Safiental, findet man dieses tolle Restaurant im BĂŒndner MĂ€iensĂ€ss-Stil. Schöne Architektur, ausgewĂ€hlter und stilvoller Umschwung, nette und empathische Bedienung (der Chefkoch Gabriel kommt mit einem LĂ€cheln an den Tisch und hatte Zeit fĂŒr einen kurzen Austausch) und sehr leckeres Essen. Fine Food im Wanderparadies. Faire Preise fĂŒr solch tolles Essen. Und der neu angelegte Grossteich mit Aussichtsplattform macht was her - Die Forellen vom Haus fĂŒr ein herrliches MenĂŒ!
