If Michelin gave stars for Burger joints then they should start with this place. Fresh products used. The burger meat is of excellent quality and not fatty. The cheese is not industrial but from the region which makes each burger taste very different. The chips are freshly made and double cooked so great taste and crunchy. The Salads are crisp and just look good. We also ate the deserts which were YUM ! The building is an old petrol station decked out with motorbike helmets and paintings. The service took a long time but, the wait was more than justified:

The slow-cooked spare ribs were the best ones I have eaten in Switzerland! They could have used a bit more time in the smoker so that the meat fell completely off the bones when served.

The cheeseburger is close to perfect, with a bun that might be a little too tall for some but, the perfect amount of delicious cheddar cheese.

I highly recommend this establishment and will be back for an other round of ribs or anything else...

Nous avons voulu tester et y sommes allés en famille (4) en mars de cette année. C’était bon mais pas wouaw et les frites c’était plutôt une portion enfant… et déjà que c’est pas bon marché mais de plus au moment de payer le patron voulait nous arnaquer. Sur le ticket se trouvait des choses que nous n’avions pas commandé n’y mangé et il voulait nous facturer une carafe d’eau 4x alors que seul mon conjoint avait prit de l’eau nous autres avions tous pris une boisson individuelle. Et quand on lui demande pourquoi il facture x 4 nous avons eu droit à un baratin comme quoi la vie est chère en ce moment et s’il ne fait pas ça les clients abusent… ensuite il voulait nous rembourser (mais un peu énervé) là nous lui avons dit de laisser mais du coup pas de pub favorable de notre part, il y avait des clients que à 2tables ce soir là il devait sûrement faire son CA de la journée !
