Downright disrespectful and greedy behaviour from a manager towards a client.

The entire week our family was visiting the place leaving a 100+ euro check every single time. Throughout this week the waiter was bringing us Leitungswasser (a water from tap) with our order.

One day the waiter outright refused to bring us tap water (in addition to all of the things that we already ordered) saying this is a manager's instructions. All things condering we have made our usual order.

After talking to the manager she told me that waiters providing us with (free) tap water was a mistake, so I should consider it a gift and pay 9-10 euros (for a bottle of water!!!), while acting really hostile. They completely refused to bring any sort of water or elaborate on a sudden change.

The staffs were extremely unfriendly and aggressive against people with medical conditions. We bought a drink at the bar but one friend from our group has diabetes and must consume specific foods he brought on his own. The employees here insisted that he must leave because no outside food is allowed. We explained the situation that he already injected insulin and must eat right away, but they became rude and said that the only way he could stay here is to order food at the restaurant. Ich hatte das Vergnügen, vor kurzem das Restaurant zu besuchen, und ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es eine der besten gastronomischen Erfahrungen war, die ich je gemacht habe!

Bereits beim Betreten des Lokals wurde ich von einer warmen und einladenden Atmosphäre empfangen. Die stilvolle Einrichtung und das freundliche Personal trugen maßgeblich dazu bei, dass ich mich sofort wohl fühlte. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und wusste immer, wann sie zur Stelle sein sollte, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Nun zum Wichtigsten: das Essen! Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich und bietet eine wunderbare Auswahl an Gerichten, die sowohl traditionelle als auch kreative Elemente vereinen. Ich entschied mich für Speck- und Käseknödel als Vorspeise und Käse Spätzle mit Medaillon vom Rindsfilet als Hauptgang, und beide waren einfach exquisit. Die Aromen waren perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt, und die Präsentation der Speisen war ein echter Augenschmaus. Man merkte sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft und Hingabe gekocht wird.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Käse Spätzle das meinen Gaumen regelrecht verzaubert hat. Es war ein Geschmackserlebnis, das ich so schnell nicht vergessen werde. Auch die Weinauswahl war hervorragend und passte perfekt zu den Gerichten.

Abgerundet wurde der Abend durch ein köstliches Dessert – Oma Palatschinken das einfach zum Dahinschmelzen war. Hier hat man wirklich an alles gedacht, um den Gästen ein unvergessliches kulinarisches Erlebnis zu bieten.

Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass Erlebnisrestaurant Schmuggler Alm ein absolutes Muss für jeden Feinschmecker ist. Ob für ein romantisches Dinner, einen besonderen Anlass oder einfach nur, um sich selbst etwas Gutes zu tun – hier ist man in den besten Händen. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und weitere Köstlichkeiten zu probieren!
