One of the few places in Sierre to have an interesting meal at a not unreasonable price. Their daily lunch special cost 26 CHF. The first course was a small bowl of an excellent rich fish soup served with garlicky aioli sauce and croutons. The main course was quasi de veau (veal haunch) prepared in a mini casserole and served with a tasty mustard sauce and parslied new potatoes. The only problem was the veal was somewhat overcooked which resulted in it partially falling apart. Although this really did not affect the taste, it did but it did detract from the meat's texture and appearance. Among a good selection of open wines were a rare local white (Reze) and a barrel aged mix classical local red varietals. Both of these were very interesting wines at sensible prices considering their quality. However, surprisingly they were served straight from a refrigerator set at at 5C° which was simply too cold to appreciate the subtle white Reze and even worse for the classy aromatic Red blend. As to be expected both wines dramatically improved as they slowly came closer to room temperature. When this serving error was pointed out to the head of the service staff, she said that was not a problem for any of her regular clientele. Fair enough... but it definitely was for me. In summary this young French chef should do even better in the future as he and his staff mature and gain...

This is a restaurant we come to often when we are in town. The food is always good, the crème brûlée is our favorite. We’ve been part of huge groups and we come just the 2 of us. Sometimes the service is amazing, sometimes it’s just okay l, for example it takes a long time to have someone take our order or for the drinks to come etc, but we usually overlook it because we like it there so much.

Today though I really was upset. My husband called to ask if they had a table, we know it’s Saturday night and we didn’t have a reservation but we called just to see, the hostess said yes but not until 8:30. We got there early and walked over just to check in.

We were prepared to wait, but instead of the hostess saying oh hey it’s a little early yet - she says - are you the ones who called and we said yes and she said “I told you a table wouldn’t be ready before 830 and what time is it now, it’s 8:15”

It was totally rude and uncalled for. You have good food and a generally good reputation so I know you don’t need our business, but it takes nothing to treat people...

It was my first time at this establishment. We booked it because of Mother's Day, and usually, it's difficult to find a good place. The atmosphere was incredible and very pleasant to be in, even with the warm weather outside. The service was also genuinely friendly, with staff always wearing big smiles and being attentive. We received extra attention, and the waiter engaged with us, trying to provide the best service possible. As for the food... it was exceptional. The quality was top-notch, the taste was incredible, and the combination of flavors was delightful throughout the meal. There was a good selection of wines, served at the perfect temperature. As for the price, I wasn't surprised, and I believe it was fair considering the quality of the food and service provided at the...

The service was amazing, all the waitresses were very kind and happy to serve us, the place was very clean and nice. There are like humidifiers in the terrace part because it's very hot in summer and they refresh the area. That was a nice thought from the owners. The flood was good and the dish of the day was just Fr.15 so very cheap. Meat with potato and salad. The sauce of the meat was a bit weird for my taste, the spices that were used, but it was okay, the potato and salad tasted great.
