On the sign outside the restaurant, it specifically states that they speak English. That was barely the case for the service we received. As soon as we entered to get a table, we were told "schnell, schnell!", to get to our table fast even though the restaurant was nowhere near full. The waitress did not show us to the table either. We had to guess where she wanted us. An Italian guy took our order. He asked us "what do you want" in a very rude tone and seemed like he really couldn't be bothered taking our order. He practically rolled his eyes at me when I asked how much to get a side-order of fries with my meal. The food was very average and definitely not worth the money. We received warm tap water with no ice cubes on a hot summer day (29 °C). I guess that was too much to ask for. The only positive part were the fries, which were well seasoned, and the view was beautiful. If you are not Swiss, don’t go here! Signs say, English spoken but not true. And not an English menu in sight. We felt racially profiled. They didn’t want us there. Sat 2 Swiss couples before us at the nice tables and there was one more nice table left by the water but when we asked to sit there they said no and cleaned it off to put a reserved signed there right in front of us... At typical plates at 40 francs, we’ll go pay that elsewhere where they want...

Das war leider nix… Wir hatten zur Vorspeise eine Blattsalat mit italienischer Sauce. Salat war ok, etwas lieblos zubereitet. Zum Hauptgang hatten wir Felchenfilet mit Gemüse und Salzkartoffeln sowie Miesmuscheln nach französischer Art. Die Muscheln waren tatsächlich mies. Das Gericht war schlecht abgeschmeckt , unschön angerichtet und den Preis leider nicht wert… Die Felchen kamen auf einem schmutzigen Teller (eingetrocknete Flecken) Der Fisch war geschmacklich nicht schlecht, aber man fand immer wieder kleine Fussel auf dem Fisch. Das Gemüse war geschmacklos und die Zucchetti schmeckte säuerlich. Die Vermutung lag nahe, dass die Kartoffeln bereits gerüstet und abgepackt gekauft wurden…

Auf Anfrage wurde mir einen neuen Teller gebracht. Auf die Rückmeldungen unsererseits wurde zwar eingegangen (kam sogar unaufgefordert die Chefin) jedoch fühlte ich mich nicht so ernst genommen. Nach der Rückmeldung wurde uns weder ein Kaffee oder die Dessertkarte angeboten. Wir fühlten uns ein wenig ignoriert. Somit zahlten und gingen wir. Das war der letzte...
