Positiv überraschend leckerer Wein aus der Region

Negativ Essen könnte nicht liebloser sein Prosecco ist leider auch nicht wert getrunken zu werden kleine Portionen

Zum Essen gab es ein Salat der nichts spezielles war und keine grosse Erläuterung braucht. Die Überraschung kam als Hauptgang. Laut dem Menü sollte es sich um eine so genannte Gemüse Lasagne handeln. Parallelen waren allerdings schwer auszumachen. Das Gemüse kam grob geschnitten und in Wasser gekocht, was sich speziell unangenehm bei den Auberginen bemerkbar machte. Diese kamen wässerig fad mit ekelhafter Konsistenz daher. Überdeckt wurde das ganze mit drei Blättern (nicht Lagen) Lasagne und viel künstlich schmeckender Beutel-Sauce. Liebes Restaurant, wenn ihr schon auf so Billigmastfutter zurückgreift, dan rührt doch bitte das Pulver mit Milch und nicht Wasser an, damit es nicht gar so schrecklich schmeckt. Tomatensauce, Gewürze oder sonst eine Form von Hingabe suchte man übrigens vergebens. Somit hat das Restaurant leider seinen Hauptzweck vollends verfehlt und ist keine...

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Schützenhouse zu speisen – ein wunderschön geführtes Restaurant mit Herz und Stil, unter der Leitung meiner Kollegin Simona Beetz. Vom ersten Moment an spürt man die Liebe zum Detail, sowohl im Ambiente als auch in der Küche.

Die Speisen waren nicht nur optisch ein Genuss, sondern auch geschmacklich hervorragend. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich das Hauptgericht: zart gegartes Geflügel mit frischen Kräutern, dazu knackige Kartoffeln, liebevoll angerichtetes Gemüse und eine perfekt abgeschmeckte Sauce. Ein Highlight auf dem Teller, das Gourmet-Niveau erreicht!

Auch die Vorspeisen – feine Crostini mit aromatischer Tapenade und hauchdünn geschnittenem Trockenfleisch – waren ein absoluter Gaumenschmaus und ein gelungener Auftakt des Essens.

Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell – man fühlt sich rundum wohl und willkommen.
