Restaurant Pizzeria Post Cunter Biancardi — Restaurant in Surses

I've spent the last weekend at Hotel Post Biancardi in Cunter with my girlfriend. Aside of the dreamful journey to get there, we had a wonderful weekend in the middle of a real typical Swiss small town. The autumn colours and the recently fell snow, made the surrounding astonishing. It's low season now, so the usual activities in the snow aren't really open at the moment, but if you're passionate in taking pictures, the local places and panoramas will make you amazed. But what we really enjoyed the most, was the food. The Restaurant and bar inside the Hotel Post gave us the opportunity to taste the best food ever. From Friday to Monday we really had the opportunity to chose between a wide variety of different dishes, making out taste buds mouthwatering time to time. I know pictures "don't taste the same", but you'll be able to see the dishes in our pictures and I hope will make you decide to come visit this hotel and the beautiful towns of Cunter and Savognin. A special thank goes also to Ksenya and Albert. They are really special person. We felt welcomed and like at "home" away from home. Will surely go back there in other seasons. I'm very excited to see how beautiful can be there in Summer and when the skilift will be open. I'd also like to go skiing...

Went here for lunch with my family: for a good value and tasty meal, this is a really good place to stop over. Despite being close to the main road, on the terrace you enjoy your lunch with a nice view across the valley.

Best thing though was the service: the staff is friendly and -as it turned out- exceptionally helpful. I had forgotten my wallet here and the owner went to great lengths to track me down and even made a trip to the post office to send it back to my home.
