Really nice environment, great service and personnel. The dishes are prepared on a good quality standard both on the ingredients as well as the esthetic. The selection has a high Italian influence since the owners are Italians but it is well balanced with local ingredients. The selections of pasta might not satisfy the desired quantity and, for foodie persons, it will definitely require an appetizer or a first course, driving the overhaul price a bit too high compared to similar restaurants...

Ein wunderbares Restaurant inmitten der idyllischen Landschaft von Riom. Die Broccoli-Spaghetti waren cremig und aromatisch, die Pizokel herzhaft und perfekt zubereitet. Besonders begeistert haben uns die Capuns ein echtes Bündner Traditionsgericht, das hier mit viel Liebe und authentischem Geschmack serviert wird. Auch die Vorspeisen waren super fein zubereitet.Zum Abschluss gab es ein feines Dessert, das den Abend perfekt abgerundet hat. Dazu kommt die äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
