First Swiss meal (dinner) covered by a Singapore tour package. It was so good 🥹 I’m touched esp after the disastrous meals provided in Italy (no hate but they were tourist scams 🙏)
Bowl of salad for appetiser, with a white tangy dressing (it tasted vinegary but idk of any white vinaigrette, so maybe it’s ranch). The veggies were fresh and crunchy 🥗 It was a nice bowl of salad with nice presentation – would love to have one every day 💚 They also gave a small basket of bread which was soft and fluffy, with crispy crust 🍞
Main was crispy beer battered fish with spinach and potatoes. The fish were hot and crispy, albeit a little oily. They went really well with the tartar sauce, which I made more tangy by squeezing the lemon wedge provided 😋 Spinach was cooked till really soft (but not mushy) and tasted light and not too salty. Potatoes were not too heavy. The serving was so generous I couldn’t finish it 😅
