Hands down the worst experience I've ever had in a mountain restaurant in Switzerland. It wasn't even mega busy but the queue was chaotic. People can snatch away your food in front of your eyes because there's no ticketing system. The cutlery was filthy with bits of food still stuck to it. Enfin les plats authentiques ont été remis à la carte, après la catastrophe de l'année passée du changement de propriétaire. Notamment désormais il y a de nouveau les meilleures croûtes au fromage de Suisse romande, et les plats simples que l'on attend pour faire une pause à ski comme les spaghettis et cetera. Ils ont aussi gardé les meilleurs burgers de Suisse romande. Tout ceci grâce au cuisinier qui exerce sur place depuis une vingtaine d'années.
